Todd is a pharmacist and CEO of Providence Health Technologies. He currently serves on, and is past president of, the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy (www.mbp.ms.gov) and the Mississippi Pharmacists Association (www.mspharm.org). He has served on the NABP Medication Synchronization Task Force, and the Mississippi Medicaid Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. He has also served as a member and co-chaired the Medication Reconciliation workgroup of the Pharmacy Quality Alliance (www.pqaalliance.org).

Jay Taylor has over 25 years of experience in the software industry with 17 focused specifically within healthcare. He has an extensive background in the design and development of data acquisition, analysis, and delivery systems. Jay's past and current projects provide secure access to millions of patient records, optimize medication inventory and purchasing, and facilitate telehealth consultations between healthcare providers.
