J. Todd Barrett, RPh, CEO
Todd is a pharmacist and CEO of Providence Health Technologies. He currently serves on, and is past president of, the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy (www.mbp.ms.gov) and the Mississippi Pharmacists Association (www.mspharm.org). He has served on the NABP Medication Synchronization Task Force, and the Mississippi Medicaid Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. He has also served as a member and co-chaired the Medication Reconciliation workgroup of the Pharmacy Quality Alliance (www.pqaalliance.org).
Cliff Osbon, RPh, Director
Cliff has practiced pharmacy in a variety of environments over the past three (3) decades: community pharmacy, pharmacy benefits consulting, and specialty pharmacy. These diverse experiences have prepared him to help understand and assist supply chain members to navigate and optimize their processes.
Jay Taylor, Lead Architect
Jay Taylor has over 20 years of experience in the software industry with 17 focused specifically within healthcare. He has an extensive background in the design and development of data acquisition, analysis, and delivery systems. Jay's past and current projects provide secure access to millions of patient records, optimize medication inventory and purchasing, and facilitate telehealth consultations between healthcare providers.
Alexander Barrett, Controller
Alexander has over five years of experience in Accounting, Business Administration, and Operations. Currently Alexander is the Controller for Providence Health Technologies, Global Training Institute, and T1 Telehealth. Along with his accounting responsibilities, Alexander also heads the office of Operations as the VP of Operations at Global Training Institute. This year Alexander will attain his MBA in Business Administration from Mississippi College.
